At KKUSO, we want you to love your home as much as we do. If a piece doesn't perfectly fit your space, we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original KKUSO boxes to ensure safe transit; include all hardware and assembly instructions.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a home pickup for oversized furniture.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
